    1.  How and when do I pay?

            Payment is due when making the reservation.  We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and checks.  Checks must be received 2 weeks prior to rental date. 

            Returned checks incur a $25 charge.

    2.  Do I need to make a reservation?

            To guarantee that you receive the display of your choice, we highly recommend it.  For birth announcements, we will gladly hold a reservation 3 days before

            and after the due date.

    3.  Can I order on short notice?

            Yes you can!  We can provide next day service depending on availability.

    4.  When do you deliver?

            We deliver 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  Displays look just as good on snow!

    5.  Do you deliver to the workplace?

            Yes, but permission must be attained from the business owner.

    6.  What times do you deliver?

            All displays are typically setup before Noon.  However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

    7.  Does someone need to be home for delivery?

            No

    8.  How will they know who the display is from?

            We place a door hanger on their door with our contact information and to let them know who the display is from.  You can also remain anonymous.

    9.  Do you rent customized messages?

            We can customize a display to your needs.  However, we will not deliver any display that is in poor taste, insulting or inappropriate.

    10.  What if we are not in your delivery area?
